Hot Summer Nights, awaken the senses and take you out of this world, when lived with beautiful company!

Todays poem was inspired by my friends when we decides to go swimming ..the sea..the tranquility…the setting sun and the night coming with the breeze!

Drifting off to sleep I visioned and felt I was in a different place.Writing is a whole world that hold dreams lived ‘n’ to be lived each and everyday of our lives.It is penned from the heart ..that only love gives ..leaving you with a smile.

Painting you with a rose in the hot summer night!

Darling Dear….

In the darkness of the night,

You  lying next to me!

In Sleeping Tranquility what a sight…

Adoring my eyes to see!

You faced down on your side…

Resting on our pillow before me!

Drawing the white satin sheet…

To your shoulder to keep you warm..

Wanting to be!

Suddenly, been taken over by feelings..

That only with Love are drawn!

I gently touch your arm…

Feeling you respond!

Mesmerized by Love ‘n’ Feelings that are strong..

I reached out for the Rose you gave …

Early in the day that Morn!

Touching the rose..

Kissing each petal…

My lips began to say:

“Thank you God for brining me..

The Love of my Life…

Thank You God for…

Giving me…

A chance to see the Light…

Thank you God for all I have before me…

Thank You God for nuturing these feelings inside me..”

I gently touched you with that red red rose….

In your sleep you responded!

Feelings arose…

I painted you with loving strokes!

Trailing the colour of feelings

That were enveloped!

Discovering a palette of feelings new to me..

I stroked you..as I gazed Passionately!

My eyes were facinated of you with the sight…

Of a masterpiece that existed before my eyes!

You responded moving ever so gentely…

With a Deep breath !

Leaving me with I sigh..

You Took me in your arms…

Ahhh!! That Sparkle in your eye!

You kissed me passionately…

Drawing me near you as we entwined..

Loving me ..Loving you..
